Before Work Starts

Cancellation before work begins is assessed against payments received, reserved time and third-party costs already incurred.

After Work Starts

Once work, production, booking, editing, development or procurement has started, refunds may be reduced or unavailable for work or commitments already completed.

Photography and Events

Event bookings require scheduling. Cancellation or postponement is governed by the specific booking confirmation where applicable.

Printing

Custom printed goods may not be cancellable after production starts, except where required by applicable law or an agreed production defect is established.

Digital Services

Payments may cover work already performed, purchased resources or committed project time. Refundable balances are assessed against the agreed scope.
